Extra Brut 2006
We pour all our expertise into the limited-edition Extra Brut, because we can only produce it in exceptional years. Harvested after the hot summer of 2006 and aged 13 years, we gave Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from vieilles vignes that are at least 40 years old, our trademark late disgorgement and low dosage of sugar. A superb vintage, with rich and complex aromas. Pictured gift box not included.

"Mmm, delightfully pronounced autolysis on the nose with notes of umami plus brioche. Fine bead is decidedly gentle. Very serious wine that's not austere at all. A particularly satisfying Extra Brut. Neat. "

Golden colour. Wonderful nose displaying perfect maturity and autolysis character, distinct aroma of Brioche, walnuts, Pumpernickel, vanilla, balmy spices, dried pineapple and hints of candied orange peel. On the palate rich with creamy texture, balmy spices, dried fruits and a combination of minerality and "sweetness" making this Extra Brut one of the best in its class.
50% Pinot Noir
Aromas of dried and candied fruits, produce notes of ripe fruit and marzipan in the mouth.
