Our signature wine is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot noir aged for a minimum of five years on lees, producing an elegant Champagne that embodies the richness of the Frerejean Frères terroir. Low Brut dosage and late disgorgement mean that it’s both balanced and generous.

“Great Champagnes, right in their terroir”
FABRICE SOMMIER, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Chef Sommelier at the Georges Blanc
"Typical Champagne colour. In the first moment the nose is reminiscent of fresh pressed Chardonnay juice, displaying also hints of white blossoms, green apple peel, candied orange peel, fresh hazelnuts and sweet almonds. On the palate fragrant fruit, fine chalky minerality, excellent structured with hints of candied fruits and nuts in the aftertaste."
